Agent Hook keeps rules, state and audit history on your machine by default. After model setup, local enforcement works offline. Setup downloads model files, and an optional update check defaults to off. Explicitly enrolling with your own CE server enables signed-record sharing. Agent Hook sends no prompts, decisions, learned state or usage telemetry to Isonapse. Your agent or model provider may separately process data.
